From Loop 323 SSW take Hwy 155 south travel approx. 15 min. Cross two bridges over the lake take first right after the mile long bridge. The Coffee City sign is directly in front of the turn. Disregard the Private Property sign. We are the second house on the right.
From Dallas
Take H.175 from Kaufman, thru Athens into Frankston (do not take Lake Palestine turn-off in Poyner). Turn north in Frankston on H.155 (toward Tyler). At 5.2m. you will see RV park on left, cross a bridge and proceed thru Coffee City past Coffee Landing Restaurant, video store, and service station. At 6.6m.-- second street past Fat Dog Store on left and a small field--turn left onto Pine Street (before mile-long bridge). Disregard Private Road sign. We are the second house on right on lake.
From Austin
Approximately 4 hours northeast of Austin on Hwy 79, and 4 hours north of Houston on I45 & Hwy 79 to Palestine, then Hwy 155 to Frankston and toward Tyler. 5.2m. north of Frankston, you will see RV park on left, cross a bridge and proceed thru Coffee City past Coffee Landing Restaurant, video store, and service station.
